Delek US Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: DK), an integrated energy company with
assets in the petroleum refining, marketing, supply and retail
industries, today announced that its Board of Directors voted to declare
a special cash dividend of $0.09 per share.
Shareholders of record on April 5, 2012 will receive the special cash
dividend payable on April 19, 2012.

past six months, given the continued financial strength of our

Delek US Holdings. “These special cash dividends, in combination with
