ScottsMiracle-Gro Celebrates First Day of Spring With GRO1000 Grassroots Grants Announcement

"Whether it's transforming blighted communities or increasing habitats for wildlife, public greenscapes improve people's lives," said Jim King, Chief Communications Officer and Senior Vice President, ScottsMiracle-Gro. GRO1000 funds have supported local beautification projects, public service opportunities and produce donations in more than 500 communities across the U.S., Canada and Europe since 2011. The grants are awarded to non-profit, civic organizations that are working to create or sustain public greenscapes in their communities.
